BODY SCULPTING

            A one-hour class for all fitness levels. Combines weight training with a steady musical beat in a fun and challenging environment that offers a total body workout using moderate weights and high repetitions.

 

CORE ESSENTIALS

Strengthen your abs, back, and glutes using stability balls and floor work exercises.

 

FABULOUS 50’S

Just for ladies. This 45 minute overall conditioning program combines stretching and resistance training with intervals of mild cardio work. Especially suitable for people who have never exercised, or followed a regular exercise program.

 

KABOX

             Developed by Martial Artist Jon Bottomms, this one-hour class for all fitness levels incorporates boxing, karate, and floor aerobic exercises, as well as upper and lower body muscle work.

 

FITNESS MIX

            This class is a combination of Body Sculpting, Kabox, and strength training.

KARATE

            Promotes physical fitness benefits including weight control, improved strength, muscle tone, and a sense of well-being.

 

KICKBOX TRAINING

            Learn or refine Boxing and Martial Art techniques while getting a cardiovascular workout. Personal hand wraps, gloves, bag, and jump ropes are available. This is a non-contact class.

 

PILATES

            Entire class performed on the mat. The exercises are based on core strengthening and stretching. Yoga and dance techniques are designed to improve strength, tone, flexibility, balance, and posture. Focus is placed on breathing, centering, and range of motion.

 

YOGA ESSENTIALS

            Learn & develop a basic yoga practice in a relaxed setting. Classes will include breathing, moving yoga, posture, balancing, centering, and relaxation. Participants will be instructed on modifying the movement.

 

SPINNING

            Individually paced exercise utilizing stationary bikes to improve cardiovascular endurance. Inspirational music & a non-competitive atmosphere for a fun, safe, and effective journey. One-hour. *Limited class size. *Reservations required.

 

STEP INTERVAL

            One-hour class that includes step and resistance training exercise. For all fitness levels.

 

STRETCH & TONE

            Beginner-intermediate one-hour class combining 30 minutes of intense & relaxing stretching followed by 30 minute circuit training focusing on a different muscle group each day.

 

COMMUNITY SELF-DEFENSE

            Open to the community for ages 10 thru adult. Designed to teach the necessary skills to help you defend yourself in a dangerous situation. *Reservations suggested.
